Founder and president of BarreFitbyIfe, after  being a fitness instructor at a YMCA for 17 years. Ife has conducted fitness classes during many of our conferences and retreats. Also, she is (Athletics and Fitness Association of America) certified for group and senior fitness training. Years of service with us since 2012.

Shelley is an employee at the Clearview Cancer Institute administrating care to hundreds of individuals for over 19 years. Her experience and ability to connect with individuals gives us a tremendous asset. Shelley states, "One question I get often is, what foods should I eat." Years of service with us since 2008.
